Tri-Valley Forecast: Low Clouds And Mild Temps
DUBLIN (CBS SF) -- There were clouds, fog and even some drizzle in the Tri-Valley area Thursday morning before temperatures warmed up a bit. While the clouds lingered, the temperatures were still slightly above average in the high 60s and low 70s.
