Sexually Violent Prisoner May Be Released Without A Place To Live In Solano County
SOLANO COUNTY (CBS13) -- A sexually violent predator will be released from a state hospital, and after months of conflict, he may be released as a transient.
Mother of three, Simoni Baltazal is worried about Tuesday's deadline to find a home for Fraisure Smith.
"Why don't they keep him like in a hospital or jail? Why do they have to put him in the streets? It's like, whoa," she said.
It's not a question of if Smith will be getting out of a hospital, but where he'll live. With no solution at the last court hearing, a Solano County judge threatened to set him free as a transient.
