Officials Seek Ways To Spend Donations For San Bruno Fire Victims

SAN BRUNO (KCBS) - San Bruno officials are trying to determine how best to spend cash donations - about $400,000 - that have come in since a PG&E natural gas pipeline blew up in September, killing eight people.

KCBS' Mike Colgan Reports:

The money came from a variety of sources, including individual donations and grassroots fundraisers.

Councilman Michael Salazar said they are looking at ways to spend the money and that council members welcome input from people living in the affected area on how the money should be used.
