Modesto Teens Shot, 1 Killed, After Exchanging Words With Driver
MODESTO (CBS/AP) -- A 13-year-old girl has died and a 15-year-old boy was injured after a shooting in Modesto.
Police say the teens briefly spoke to the driver of a vehicle before the passenger shot at them early Monday shooting.
Both teens were taken to a nearby hospital, where the girl was pronounced dead. The boy is listed as in stable condition.
Officials have not released any information about the suspects.
