Eye On The Bay: Boudin Bakery

Eye on the Bay shows off a San Francisco institution - the Boudin Bakery.  This is a local family business that has been serving up traditional sourdough French bread since 1849.   We learn the history, show you how they make the bread, and we enjoy a dinner at the Chef's Table in their lovely newer venue, Bistro Boudin.
