CHP finds 1 injured after freeway shooting near San Leandro
The California Highway Patrol said a person was found injured after a report of a shooting on Interstate 580 Saturday morning near San Leandro.
Officers were alerted to a possible shooting just before 2 a.m. and said they found the victim in a secondary location in San Leandro.
According to the CHP, the victim had an injury that was not life-threatening, and they were taken to the hospital.
