Next-Door Billionaire Buys Playboy Mansion For More Than $100 Million
HOLMBY HILLS (CBS SF) -- The billionaire next door bought the iconic Playboy Mansion for more then $100 million.
Publisher Hugh Heffner's iconic pleasure palace now belongs to Daren Metropoulos, son of the head of Pabst Brewing Company, C. Dean Metropoulos.

The 5-acre estate has 29 rooms, a game house, home theatre, tennis court, swimming pool and numerous other amenities including the famous 'what happens in the grotto, stays in the grotto' cave.
A central term of the sale is that 90-year-old Heffner can continue to live there.
