Best Easter Brunch Menus In The San Francisco Bay Area

Hop on over to one of these San Francisco Bay Area venues for Easter Brunch on April 1, 2018. April FOol's Day aside, these chefs aren't fooling around with their menus, that's for sure. The kids will enjoy Easter egg and cookie decorating, balloons and clowns - and, of course, seeing The Easter Bunny who will be busy hopping around the places where he's due to show up, too.

Come to Sausalito to celebrate Easter Sunday with Poggio. One of the Chronicle's "Top 100 Restaurants of the Bay Area," Poggio is always top of mind for family occasions. Book early for a cozy table in this lovely room on Bridgeway beside the harbor where soulful Northern Italian classics are freshly prepared by hand every day. As ever, the wood-fired pizza selections and house made pastas are a favorite with everybody. Executive Chef Benjamin Balesteri is adding to the spring brunch menu, offering specials throughout the day including Liege-style waffles with fresh berries, seasonally-inspired frittatas, and a sizzling spit-roasted lamb.

Support Sonoma this Easter. In the heart of wine country, Ramekins' produce is sourced at their own 5th Street Farms. For Easter Brunch there's an "Our Farm to Your Table" menu with two seatings at 10 a.m. and at 12:30 p.m. on April 1. Children can settle in with an Easter egg cookie decorating session. On the menu: Omelet, waffle and carving stations, plus spring panzanella salad, soft poached eggs with home made buttermilk biscuits and gravy, assorted mini quiches, bagels and lox, potatoes, maple glazed thick cut bacon, chicken apple sausage and more. Carrot cake and more for dessert (think butterscotch, caramel and chocolate) plus s'mores; wine is available for purchase. Tickets are $65 adults; $25 children ages 6-12; free for children 5 and under.

Visit a waterside venue in Silicon Valley. The Easter Bunny himself is making an appearance at the newly opened Scroll Bar Waterside Kitchen. The restaurant at the Pullman San Francisco Bay Hotel has a large outdoor terrace overlooking a lagoon. For Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 1, a lavish menu features a raw bar with ahi poke, oysters on the half shell, Scottish smoked salmon, made-to-order omelette station, eggs Florentine, paella, steamed mini pork buns and for dessert, a made-to-order crepe station and chocolate fountain. Activities are planned for the kids, including a scavenger hunt, face painting, balloon artist, and a clown ( the Easter Bunny, too). Easter Brunch is from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., prices are $85 adults; $35 children 5-12; free for children 4 and under.

Love Downtown Napa? Make it a grown up weekend for Easter at the Westin Verasa Napa adjacent to the Oxbow Public Market. Book for Sunday, April 1 from noon to 2 p.m. at $48 per person, with a two-course wine pairing available for an additional $24.

Play bocce after brunch. Celebrate Easter together over a multi-course brunch served family-style in an elegant indoor or al fresco setting at FARM served 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 1. There's more Easter Brunch action at Carneros Resort and Spa, too. Guests can enjoy a spirited game of bocce ball or sip on a glass of wine in the expansive outdoor lounge.
