3.4 Earthquake Strikes Off Mendocino Coast
COVELO (CBS SF) – A 3.4 earthquake struck off the Mendocino coast Tuesday, a day after a massive quake shook up nearby Humboldt County.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported that the earthquake hit at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday. Officials reported no injuries or major damage to any structures.
The Mendocino quake came the day after a 6.2 earthquake shook off the coast of Humboldt County. No injuries were reported but structures were damaged in nearby Ferndale.
