State AG revamping California's illegal marijuana-enforcement program
State Attorney General Rob Bonta says the campaign against marijuana planting, or CAMP, is being upgraded to a year-round program, with a new name: The Eradication and Prevention of Illicit Cannabis, or EPIC program. The transition also comes with a new focus on issues like environmental damage, tax evasion, and organized crime.
