Preview: Revised budget plan to include $492 million to protect communities from flooding
Governor Newsom will release his revised budget plan at 10 a.m. on Friday morning, and it's expected to include nearly half a billion dollars in funding to protect communities from flooding after a wet winter left many people feeling drained.
