President Biden is expected to unveil an executive order related to gun issues
The President is expected to announce an executive order with the goal of increasing the number of background checks before someone can buy a gun. In a statement, the White House says it will also increase the effective use of "red flag" laws, strengthen efforts to hold the gun industry accountable, and help law enforcement officials identify and apprehend shooters faster.
