Judge denies motion to stop rule restricting untraceable ghost guns

The rule will go into effect tomorrow. A ghost gun is a weapon that can be assembled in less than an hour and doesn't have a serial number. The rule will ensure all parts sold to make them have serial numbers, with the goal of making it easier for law enforcement to trace them if they’re used in a crime.
