Controversial needle exchange programs again topic of debate in Placer County
Controversial needle exchange programs are once again a topic of debate in Placer County — this time in Roseville. It comes on the heels of the county and other cities like Rocklin, Auburn and Loomis adopting bans this month to try and keep the state from launching the programs in the area.
