2 suspected murderers expected in Yolo County court Tuesday
The suspected Davis serial killer, Carlos Dominguez, is accused of stabbing three people, killing two. A 13-year-old boy who is accused of causing a crash, in a stolen car, that killed a woman and her granddaughter.
