With all the talk about the Oakland Raiders acquiring San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh in a trade for draft picks, few seem to be considering the possibility the Silver & Black might retain Interim Head Coach Tony Sparano. One thing is certain: With an inferior roster, Sparano out-prepared and out-coached Harbaugh last week as the Raiders beat the 49ers, 24-13. That has to count for something.
The Oakland Raiders broke their 16-game losing streak last month against the Kansas City Chiefs at the Coliseum, but now the Silver & Black go to Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri for the rematch. The Chiefs have lost three in a row, and they are on the verge of playoff elimination—they might blame the Raiders for that, so there's going to be some nasty waiting for Oakland this weekend.

No, the Silver & Black should look elsewhere for a new leader, and they'll need all their draft picks and current young players to attract the right coach, anyway.
