WOODLAND (CBS13) — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in Woodland Thursday evening.

Officers say they received multiple reports of a shooting just after 8 p.m. Responding officers found the adult male victim lying outside a home on the 100 block of College Street.

The male victim was reportedly shot around 8:11 p.m. in the 100 block of College Street. Police say the suspect is still outstanding. They say the suspect arrived on the scene and left on foot.

Woodland police say this is a homicide investigation and have not released a potential motive.

The victim has not yet been identified, and officers did not provide a suspect description.
