Woman Sexually Assaulted While Jogging In Elk Grove

ELK GROVE (CBS13) - A woman was assaulted Friday morning while jogging down an Elk Grove bike path.

The assault happened at Betschart Park near the 5600 block of Adobe Spring Way and Elk Grove police need help finding the suspect.

The 58-year-old woman was approached from behind by a man who then grabbed her and exposed himself to her. She told police the man then tried to pull her into the bushes but let go and she ran away.

Detectives are asking anyone who can help identify the man to call the Elk Grove Police Department.
