Two Arrested In Amber Alert 'Kidnapping'

ANTIOCH, Calif. (CBS13) -- A robbery and kidnapping at a barbershop that triggered an Amber Alert on Monday has led to the arrest of both the suspected gunman and the alleged victim, authorities said.

The Antioch Police Department arrested 23-year-old Eric Lerone Walker at an apartment on the 3100 block of Lonetree Way, where investigators said they recovered the sawed-off shotgun used in the robbery and stolen property linking him to the crime.

Investigators also arrested the 16-year-old employee who was reportedly kidnapped from Al's Barber Shop after he admitted to helping fake the kidnapping and participating in the robbery.

An Amber Alert was issued soon after the incident took place but was rescinded shortly before midnight Monday after the alleged victim was found safe.
