Train Vs Truck Catches Fire In Elk Grove
SACRAMENTO (CBS13)- A train struck a vehicle which then caught fire in Elk Grove this morning.
Consumes Fire Chief says, the owners of the truck was joy riding with friends near the tracks when the truck got stuck.
The passengers then saw the train coming and tried to stop it but failed. The train struck the truck dragging it 100 feet when the truck then caught fire.
Consumes Fire Chief tells us no one was injured and the vehicle is waiting to be towed.
