Three Suspects Arrested In Edison Avenue Murder

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Sacramento County sheriff's deputies have arrested three people in connection with the shooting death of a 25-year-old man on Tuesday night.

Gabriel McAlister, 30, Marcus Logan, 21, and Angel Tewksbury, 23, were booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail late Wednesday night. The three are facing robbery and murder charges in connection with the shooting death of Timothy Schweiss.

Deputies believe Schweiss was shot and killed during a drug deal.

Schweiss was found on the ground in front of the Somerset apartments on Edison Avenue late Tuesday night in Sacramento. He had been shot in the upper body.
