Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger Donating Funds For New Sacramento K-9 Officer

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is giving a grant to the Sacramento Police Department's K-9 unit.

Sacramento Police will use the grant to purchase a new K-9 officer named Rex.

The grant comes from The Ben Roethlisberger Foundation, which has been doling out grants in the cities and surrounding areas where the Steelers play their road games this season.

The Steelers will visit the Oakland Raiders on Sunday starting at 1 p.m.
