Sheriff: 2nd Suspect Arrested In Club Shooting
SACRAMENTO (CBs13) -- The Sacramento Sheriff's Department has arrested an 18-year-old, and has been charged with shooting and killing a 14-year-old at a party last summer.
Nikko Alexander, 18, was taken into custody at his residence early Friday morning, and booked into the Sacramento County Jail on a single charge of homicide.
Witnesses say the victim, Lanajah Dupree, was an innocent bystander caught in the gunfire between rival gangs at the Venue 4 Rent private event facility located at 2902 Auburn Boulevard..
Alexander will be arraigned on Wednesday.
