Second Man Suspected Of Taking Upskirt Photos At Roseville Store
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Police are searching for a man who they say took photos up a woman's skirt.
Investigators released a still image of the man taken from a Target security camera.
The man left in a white hatchback car. Police did not specify when it happened.
