Sacramento Police Shoot Uncooperative Person With Taser Near Fab 40s Neighborhood
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Officers say they were forced to use a stun gun on an uncooperative suspect near the Fab 40s neighborhood on Thursday.
Sacramento police say a man was riding a bicycle near 43rd and M streets and was reportedly holding a pole. Officers say they tried to detain him, but he wouldn't cooperate.
Officers shot the man with a Taser, then took him to the hospital.
No officers were hurt in the incident.
The incident prompted a large police response to the area.
