South Sacramento house fire on Majorca Circle leaves firefighter hospitalized
SACRAMENTO — A house fire in the south Sacramento area left one firefighter hospitalized, officials said Thursday.
The Sacramento Fire Department said a fire ignited around 1:30 p.m. in the attic of a two-story home along Majorca Circle in the city's Valley Hi neighborhood.
Everyone in the home was able to get out safely. The firefighter's injuries were described as heat-related.
Sacramento Fire said the firefighter was stable at last check.
