Police Warn Of Suspicious Man Approaching Students In Modesto
MODESTO (CBS13) – Police in Modesto are warning parents of a suspicious man talking to students.
He has been seen twice near California and Spencer avenues, asking children for directions.
During one encounter he allegedly touched himself, Modesto police say.
The man is thought to be in his 40s with a shaved head and red facial hair. He was seen driving an older blue car.
