Police: Rumors Of Shooting At Roseville High Not Credible
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Roseville police say a rumor about a Roseville High School student threatening to shoot people on campus is false.
Around 2 p.m. Monday, Roseville High administrators were told about the rumor that emerged online and contacted police.
Officers went to the home of the primary suspect and determined there was no credible threat, according to a statement from Roseville Joint Union High School District spokesperson Brad Basham.
At no time was there a gun on campus.
Although the threat was deemed to be false, police will have an increased presence on campus Tuesday.
