Woman Struck By Transit Bus In Downtown Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A woman was pinned under a transit bus in Downtown Sacramento on Thursday morning.
The scene is near 5th and N Streets. Sacramento Fire says a woman crossing the street was struck by a bus. She was pinned under the bus for a time, but has since been rescued.
She has been transported to the UC Davis Medical Center in serious condition, Sacramento Fire says.
Sacramento Police confirm that an El Dorado Transit bus was involved in the accident. They are interviewing the bus driver.
The roads closed due to the crash have since been reopened.
