Man In His 60s Suspected In Elk Grove Credit Union Robbery

ELK GROVE (CBS13) — Police are searching for a man suspected of robbing an Elk Grove credit union.

Investigators say the man approached a teller at the Schools Financial Credit Union on Friday afternoon and demanded money. The employee feared for her safety and complied, but not before surveillance cameras captured images of the man.

The suspect is described as an African-American male at around 60 years old standing at 5'7" with a thin build. He was seen in a green cap, dark sunglasses, a dark-colored shirt and blue jeans.

If you were in the area of 8255 Laguna Boulevard at around 3:15 p.m. on Friday and saw anything, police want to hear from you.
