Man Convicted Of Murdering Midtown Woman Sentenced To 35 Years In Prison
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The man convicted of murdering a woman inside her Midtown Sacramento apartment last year has been sentenced 35 years to life in prison.
Mohammad Khan pled guilty to second-degree murder and admitted to using a firearm in the death of Kelsey Snyder
On June 28, 2014 Snyder was found shot to death in bed at her apartment near 17th and P Streets.
Khan took off to Mexico during a vehicle pursuit, but eventually surrendered to authorities.
