Man Accused Of Spying In Sierra College Restroom
ROCKLIN (CBS13) - A 72-year-old man is accused of using a mirror to spy on another man using the restroom at Sierra Community College, according to Rocklin police.
Rocklin Police Youth Services officers assigned to the campus were notified on Monday morning at about 11:15 that a man was using a mirror to look at another man in the public restroom inside the library on campus.
Donald Jackson, who is not a student at the college, was charged with engaging in a lewd act in public, loitering and using the mirror to invade the victim's privacy. He was booked at the Placer County Jail.
