Fire Roundup: Cigarette Blamed For Fire That Burned Folsom Bar Bathroom
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Metro Fire investigators say cigarette ash may be to blame for a fire at a popular Folsom bar.
It happened around 5 a.m. at the Powerhouse Pub off of Sutter Street.
Firefighters say the fire started in the back of the building when some brush caught fire, then moved to the back deck and inside the building.
The fire destroyed the bathroom, but the business isn't a total loss.

Apartment Fire Sends Man To Hospital
RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) — A fire sent one person to the hospital just before 2 a.m. on Saturday.
Firefighters who responded to the Chardonnay Court apartment say the fire started on the first floor and quickly spread to the second.
One man who suffered smoke inhalation landed in the hospital.

Rio Linda Fire Stopped At One Acre
RIO LINDA (CBS13) — Firefighters say terrain made it difficult for them to battle a blaze in Rio Linda on Saturday.
Luckily the grass fire was slow-moving and crews put it out before it could get any larger than one acre.
It happened along Rio Linda Boulevard and Maine Avenue just after noon.
There's no work on what sparked the fire.

American River Fire Still Under Investigation
RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) — Sacramento Metro Fire investigators are still trying to determine whether Friday's 40-acre grass fire along the American River was set on purpose.
Firefighters say witnesses have given them descriptions of two people seen leaving the scene of the fire as it started.
That was the third grass fire in four days along the American River Parkway, although they don't appear to be linked.
