Officers Come Up Empty After Report Of Weapon Prompts Lockdown At Edison High
STOCKTON (CBS13) – School officials say a report of a student with a weapon prompted Edison High School to go on lockdown - but no weapons were ever found.
The Stockton Unified School District says they got a report on Friday that a student may have had a weapon. Police were called immediately and Edison High was put on a hard lockdown.
Officers searched the campus, but no weapons were found.
No arrests were made, district officials say.
