Davis Police Picking Up Enforcement For Picnic Day
DAVIS, Calif. (CBS13) -- Davis police have created what they call "enhancement zones" to curb disruptive activity during UC Davis' 103rd annual Picnic Day.
Fines in some areas near campus are doubled for certain offenses including public intoxication and public urination.
More than 50,000 are expected for the event, which is heald annually in April.
