Body Found In Sacramento River Near Isleton; Deputies Do Not Suspect Foul Play
ISLETON, Calif. (CBS13) - A body was discovered Monday morning in the Sacramento River near the town of Isleton.
Sheriff's deputies received a 911 call around 7:30 a.m. by someone who says they were walking near the river and spotted the body. Authorities say they do not know who the person is and how long ago they died. They do not suspect foul play.
The body as taken to the Sacramento County Coroner's Office a short time later.
