Audio: The Don Geronimo Show - June 17, 2011

After working out some technical difficulties with the help of Don's new buddy Aaron the Engineer, Don plays Samuel L. Jackson's reading of Go The F*ck To Sleep. He then tells us about meeting Britney Spears at the Power Balance Pavilion last night before her concert. Don also filmed the test show for his new late night show on CW 31, and had Dave as his first guest.

The guys then talk about the richest athletes in the world, which leads to Don and Dave telling their best "back when I was really broke" stories. Apparently neither one of them were good at keeping their checkbooks balanced. Callers then weigh in with their stories, including how to scam banks, bill collectors, businesses, and even the DMV. Don then picks up where he left off on the cervical mucus story from yesterday. Drew almost throws up again, but manages to hold it together. Dave gets pretty grossed out too. In fact, only Don and Craig are not phased by the story, so they pile on Drew and Dave. We then get to hear Dallas Maverick Dirk Novitzki sing "We Are The Champions" at their championship parade in Dallas.

Dave starts a discussion about who are the coolest gay people after hearing about a guy who sees phallus shapes in the artwork at the Denver airport, so Don finds a list of the 50 most powerful gay people in the world. Don then plays a series of Grant Napear's best moments from his shows this week, in honor of Grant's birthday tomorrow. The video of the girl who caught her parents having sex has been set to autotune, Larry King was on Access Hollywood talking about getting ejected from his son's little league game, Sam Shane stops by, and we get to hear Don's Rich Eisen story again. The show concludes with another great happy ending from Drew.
