2 Women Wounded In South Sacramento Shooting

SOUTH SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Two women were wounded in a South Sacramento shooting on Wednesday, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies found the two women inside a home on the 7300 block of Florinda Way. A 38-year-old woman was shot in the upper body and is in critical condition, while a 40-year-old woman was hit in the lower body and is in stable condition.

Witnesses say they heard several gunshots and a vehicle speeding from the area. There is no suspect or vehicle description.
