Lady Gaga is once again proving to be a force to reckon with. The 25-year-old pop star has claimed the No. 1 spot from talk show queen Oprah Winfrey on Forbes' magazine's list of the 100 most powerful celebrities.

The list, compiled annually since 1999, ranks stars on their earning power, as well as media visibility and social media popularity.

Actor Charlie Sheen is "winning" against former boss and "Two and Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre this week. Sheen, who earned $40 million last year and has close to 4 million Twitter followers, ranked at No. 28, well above Lorre's No. 77 spot.

Singer Elton John (No. 5) is the highest ranked Brit on this year's list, beating out former Beatle Paul McCartney (No. 20), model Kate Moss (No. 94), soccer star David Beckham (No. 35) and former "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell (No. 9).

While Gisele Bundchen (No. 60) is the biggest earner in the modeling world, she is less powerful than husband New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady (No. 55), according to Forbes.

Actress Angelina Jolie (No. 11) made more money and is considered more powerful than partner Brad Pitt (No. 45). Pitt's ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston (No. 21), also outranks him.

Aniston's "Friends" costar Courteney Cox, who made headlines last year with her split from husband, actor David Arquette, also appeared on the list at No. 93. Arquette didn't make the list

Tennis star Serena Williams was ranked at No. 84, while older sister Venus, who consistently turned heads last season for her attention-grabbing tennis outfits, is at No. 86.

But both Williams sisters fell short to fellow tennis ace Maria Sharapova, who reached No. 80 this year.

Bon Jovi made this year's top ten at No. 8, beating out fellow New Jersey rocker Bruce Springsteen, who went from No. 17 in 2010 to completely off this year's list.

Rapper Jay-Z (No. 38) is less powerful than wife, singer Beyonce Knowles (No. 29), but he made $37 million last year - $2 million more than Knowles.

With $14 million in earnings, rapper Eminem reached the No. 71 spot this year, but his mentor Dr. Dre was no where to be found on this year's list.

Lebron James (No. 10) was the only NBA player in the top ten. He sits above Lakers star Kobe Bryant (No. 14), despite making $5 million less.

James' Miami Heat teammate, Dwyane Wade, fell slightly behind at No. 57.

Justin Bieber came in at No. 3, just below Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga. Bieber, who earned $53 million within the last year and has attracted over 9 million Twitter followers, surpassed fellow pop star Katy Perry (No. 12) on this year's list.

A few best actress Oscar winners made this year's list, with Reese Witherspoon (64) leading the pack. She was followed by Julia Roberts (69) and Natalie Portman (75).

Popular novelists Stephen King (No. 79) and Danielle Steele (No. 78) are both considered powerful in the world of books.

New York Yankees star Alex Rodriquez (No. 40) edged out e teammate Derek Jeter, who ranked in at No. 69. He also beat girlfriend, actress Cameron Diaz (No. 81).

While Ryan Seacrest topped the Hollywood Reporter's Reality Power list, he was ranked at No. 24 on the Forbes' list - falling behind to former "American Idol" colleague Simon Cowell (No. 9).

In the world of late night TV, David Letterman (No. 33) leads the pack. The "Late Show" host is considered more powerful than Jay Leno (No. 56), according to Forbes.

"Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson (No. 53) and Kristen Stewart (No. 63) both earned $20 million within the past year, but he clearly has more power.

Actress Eva Longoria (No. 81) made more money and is considered more powerful than her "Desperate Housewives" costar Teri Hatcher (No. 99), who earned $9 million last year - $4 million less than Longoria.
