On Oct. 29, 2008, Chicago medical examiners concluded that Julian King, actress Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, died of multiple gunshot wounds. A Cook County spokesman said the boy's death was ruled a homicide, but did not say where the child's wounds were or how long he had been dead, due to an ongoing investigation.
