Biden visits Scranton, Pa. on three-day campaign swing; will be in Philadelphia later this week
President Biden stopped in Scranton Tuesday afternoon on the start of a three-day campaign swing in the Keystone State. He will travel to Pittsburgh on Wednesday and will be in Philadelphia on Thursday. Biden zeroed in on how his economic policy is different than Trump's policy.
