18-year-old man shot and killed during domestic dispute at Roxborough apartment
Police said an 18-year-old was shot and killed during an argument at a Roxborough apartment complex Tuesday night along Henry Avenue. According to investigators, two males and two females arrived and confronted a 23-year-old resident. The alleged shooter fired one shot and then jumped out of a fourth-story window.
