STUDY: Exercise Less To Lose More?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A recent Danish study from the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark found that those who did not over-exercise lost more weight.

The study used 61 sedentary, moderately overweight young men who were placed in three different groups – sedentary, moderate-exercise and high-exercise – and tracked them for 13 weeks.

The study found that the young men who were in the moderate-exercise group, 30 minutes of exercise a day, lost more weight than those in the high-exercise group, 60 minutes of exercise a day.
