Skeletal Remains Discovered Beneath Overpass In Center City

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are investigating the discovery of skeletal remains, beneath an overpass at 24th and Market Streets, along the Schuylkill River, Tuesday morning.
Police received a call about the remains just after 1 a.m.
It's unclear how the person died or if the death is considered suspicious.
