World's Best Video on Rapport Building

Today I was trawling through YouTube looking for a video to complement this morning's post "10 Ways to Build Customer Rapport." Man alive, you wouldn't believe the trash that's posted on this subject. Between the NLP zombies and the pick-up artists (e.g. "Accuse her of wanting you!!!!"), I had pretty much given up hope of finding anything worth posting. Then I stumbled across this little gem. It's low-key, short, and absolutely right on target:

The guy in the video is Ian Gilbert from the British sales training firm ThirdCore. I'd not heard of him before, but if the rest of his material is as good as this video, I think we'll be hearing more from him.
