What Price Love?

Diamonds are a girl's best friend and they are supposed to be forever.

Not any more, according to a new Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.

The court ruled that a woman is obligated to give back her engagement ring if the wedding is called off, no matter the circumstances.

The rule of thumb had been that the woman only had to give the ring back if she broke off the engagement. Now, the woman has to return the ring even if the man breaks off the wedding.

The ruling upholds the state's no-fault divorce law, which also applies to cases involving broken engagements.
