Video: How To Avoid Sales Errors (and More)

Yesterday, I was the guest on BNET's new "The Live One" daily video broadcast, where we discussed a number of topics, including:

Why Microsoft's acquisition of Skype might go sour.
Why the "Apple brand is more valuable than the Google brand" news story is stupid and absurd.
How to train your voice so that people are more likely to take your call and listen to what you've got to say.

We also went through some common errors that sales professionals make during cold calls, and how to avoid them (the errors, not the sales professionals).
