Titans' Robertson In Accident

Tennessee Titans safety Marcus Robertson needed 150 stitches to close facial cuts received in a motorcycle accident, according to a newspaper report.

Robertson lost control of the motorcycle late Monday, falling off as it slid to the ground and losing his helmet on impact, The Tennessean reported today.

Coach Jeff Fisher said he would have more details about the injuries today, but confirmed Robertson had suffered "numerous abrasions to his face" and may need plastic surgery.

Robertson is expected to miss Sunday's game at Pittsburgh, Fisher said. Anthony Dorsett would likely replace Robertson at free safety.

The Titans return to practice today after two days off.
