The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

Janice is back and I can't WAIT to tell you all the juicy bits that happened in this episode.

First, Janice meets with Fashion for the Cure to book models for their fashion show benefiting breast cancer. The cause is a very big deal to Janice and she has asked to be the MC for the event.

Peter brought in some new girls to audition for the show and, of course, Janice immediately hates all of them and makes one girl, Desiree, cry because she brought the wrong shoes. After Janice's hair and makeup gods, Duke and Gabe, alert her that Desiree is crying in the nearby Starbucks, she lets her come and talk to her about being a model.

Janice promises to give her a chance as long as she loses some of her "ass." (This girl is like a size zero by the way. I was up with probably the rest of the world with a measuring tape measuring my hips when Janice was asking Desiree how big her hips were.)

Peter has not been doing the best job as partner lately, he "forgot" to tell the designer last week about a model not attending, and this week he double booked Crystal. I hate to say this, but no wonder Janice wants to kill him.

On top of all of that, Peter books a few other models without even TELLING Janice. Obviously, there is a problem here, which is why she brings in Dr. Glass to help them work out their problems. It's like couples therapy without even being married. Fun! She prescribes some Janice and Peter time. I say, "Hell, yes," because that will make great TV.

The models get a good old fashioned "Americas Next Top Model" makeover at Lush salon, with new haircuts and color galore!

Janice has her callbacks from her open call. She goes for the full hair and makeup, then takes some pictures for her to make her final decisions. To no surprise, most of the models have to get naked. One throws water of himself (weird), and JP from "Survivor" gets naked, and Andrew from last season makes a return.

Nathan is now running the commercial division and is having problems when Janice overrules some of his decisions for the commercial agency. It's tough to be around family during holiday dinners, let alone work with them. Janice makes her picks and its time to work it in the agency.
