The CW, which gets its name from corporate partners CBS Corp. and Warner Bros. Entertainment, has a fall schedule made up mostly of shows from the now deceased WB and UPN. The network has only two new shows, including "The Game," which is a spinoff of UPN's popular series, "Girlfriends."

A new drama about the Radar family, a seemingly normal clan living in Bridewater, Iowa, who have a deep, dark secret. Their dad, Paul Rader, played by Donnie Wahlberg, was convicted unjustly of a horrible crime and now the family is forced to hide their real identities. While Rader tries to dig up the evidence needed to clear his name, the real perpetrator is threatening his children's lives. "Sex in the City" creator Darren Star is executive producer of the series, which also stars Leslie Hope.

This new comedy traces the struggles of a professional footballer's significant other. Tia Mowry (one half of the Mowry twins) plays Melanie Barnett, who dates Derwin, a third-string wide receiver for a professional football team. While Derwin worries about interceptions and touchdowns, Barnett learns about the roles girlfriends and wives play behind the scenes of the NFL. TV star Kelsey Grammer is executive producer of the series.
